Aileen heard Callie speak at a Women in Business conference at a time when everything at her agency was changing at once. She was moving offices, taking on part of another agency's clients, and her costs had doubled. "I was totally consumed by my business."
She figured she'd take her first call with Callie at the office and get straight back to work. Instead, she "couldn't even open my door for about an hour afterwards." The work went to the self-doubt she'd carried since her marriage ended, and to the regret underneath it. The turning point was forgiving herself, and believing that she "had always made the best decisions I could with the information I had at the time."
After that, things moved fast. Her team came together, new clients came in, and the goals she'd set in January were done by May. Her agency now looks after $6 million a year in client insurance, up from $2 million, and she's earned top-performer status two years in a row.
High-level coaching for established women business owners.
You can grow your business without choosing between work and freedom.
We work on the patterns behind your decisions, so you can develop the skills and thinking you need to level up your business and your life - without sacrificing one for the other.
CLIENTS ACHIEVE
(all while taking more vacations)
For you, earning more has always meant doing more. And you don't have more to give.
You're accomplished. You have the success, accolades, and achievements to prove it. But somewhere along the way, the success that was supposed to buy you more freedom started making you feel even more chained to your work.
And instead of the life you really want, it looks more like this ↓
Sound Familiar?
Your schedule can't breathe
You want more free time, but an open calendar makes you panic. So you fill it to feel good enough. If you aren't on a call, you think you're losing a client.
Work never stops
Even on a “day off” or on vacation, you’re answering calls and emails the second they come in because you think your unlimited availability is what makes you valuable.
You’re always available
You want to be the mom who was there, the daughter who helped out, and the leader who they all come to, but that leaves feeling exhausted, rushed, and resentful.
You feel guilty resting
You tie your value to being first in, last out, and working harder than everyone else. Deep down ,if you aren't always "on", you feel like you don't deserve to be running a business.
New systems or framework you implement to try to fix these won't hold.
Because this isn't strictly a process problem.
This is a pattern problem.
And patterns can be rewired.
The best framework on the planet won't work until you rewire your faulty patterns.
Your subconscious is running an old program, built by a younger you who learned that being loved meant being useful, available, and never too much.
Affirmations, self-help books, digital courses, or corporate coaching spreadsheets can’t fix that.
You need to reprogram the internal system that drives the way you make decisions.
I specialize in finding those patterns, helping you release them, and then we rewire your internal system so the new system running the show not only sticks, but supports the future life you want.
I'm Callie
I coach the women everyone else leans on.
High-performing women who are tired of leading alone.
The ones who've held everything, and want to be held too.
I'm not the coach with the cold checklist or the one yelling about 10x-ing your revenue. My clients call it “warm bossy.”
I'll challenge you, I won't coddle you, and I'll believe in you so fiercely you start doing it yourself.
I'm also a product of this work.
Last year my daughter was in the hospital, and I spent over three weeks by her side. I was fully present and by her side, still taking care of myself, and was also able to keep my clients experience running smoothly. Not because I was scared to step back, and not to prove I could handle it. Because I'd built a business, and a nervous system, that could hold all of it.
That's what I give my clients.
You don't need to change who you are. You need to own who you are.
THE RESULT
What actually changes when we rewire your patterns
My clients experience growth faster than if they would have struggled to do it on their own. They overcome doubt, fear, and imposter syndrome in order to scale up their output while scaling back their input.
You leave the laptop at home
We rebuild how you deliver, so client connection stops requiring 24/7 access to you.
You actually sleep
No more 2am replaying the day and analyzing where you could have done more. You did enough and believe it.
You make decisions faster
You hire, fire, and adapt in order to scale without fearing the outcomes because you trust yourself to handle it.
You attract higher-level clients
Clients who don’t measure your worth on how busy you are, but for how you operate at your best.
You lead your team instead of pleasing them
You have clear standards, stronger boundaries, and are able to delegate more than ever before
You feel successful on the inside, too
You’re grounded, present, and you finally see the version of you that doesn’t need to “work more” to feel successful.

Aileen tripled her agency’s business once she stopped doubting herself
Aileen, an insurance agency owner, was struggling with self-doubt in the middle of a stressful expansion. Through forgiveness work, we helped her stop second-guessing herself and lead with confidence instead. Now her agency is 3× bigger and her team works well together.
-
Where we started
“Basically living at the office”
Aileen was moving her agency, taking on part of another agency's clients, and watching her costs double, all at the same time. Even at home she was thinking about work, and she wasn't sleeping. Underneath it was self-doubt she'd carried since her marriage ended years before.
-
Our work
Quieting her inner critic
We started with her, not the business. We found the old regrets still shaping her decisions and released them through forgiveness work and guided meditation. Then we used the Six Human Needs to help her understand what drives her team and the people in her life, so she could lead them with confidence.
-
Results
From $2M to $6M
Her team started working well together and new clients came in. She hit her goals for the whole year by May and had to set new ones. Her agency now looks after $6 million a year in client insurance, up from $2 million, and more than 90% of her clients stay with her year after year, well above the local average in the low 80s. She's also earned top-performer status two years running. At home, she says her relationship is "the healthiest I've ever had."
"Once I started forgiving myself and realized that I'm actually great, I found the business results came quickly."

Leah stopped people pleasing and nearly eliminated her anxitey
Leah, a financial advisor, was struggling with a calendar she felt like she had no control over. She was feeling overcommitted in all aspects of life and overwhelmed. On top of that, she had an employee negatively impacting her business who she felt she owed loyalty to and felt stuck. Three months in working with Callie, she found the confidence to let the toxic employee go. Now, taking a month off feels possible and she is making room for ideal clients instead of just more clients.
-
Where we started
An emergency hospital visit felt like vacation
Leah felt like she was struggling day-to-day and her way to "a breakdown mentally."
"Before Callie, my appendix ruptured, and being in the hospital felt like the most relaxing thing ever. Someone literally brushed my hair and that almost brought me to tears. I just wanted to stay." -
Our work
Rewiring to prioritize self
We started by getting clear on what Leah values and needs, and rewiring her habit of staying unhappy so no one else would be uncomfortable. Then we made a plan to let the problem individual go: how to start the process, how to stay calm through it, and how to trust herself to do it without being hurtful.

Results
Delegating, breathing room, and better clients
Within three months of working together, Leah had let the problem individual go and finally felt clear on the rest of her business. She's delegating more and cutting her client list on purpose (without losing income) to make room for the clients she really wants. She feels she actually has the space to feel happy in her business and has clarity on how to run it. She says her anxiety is "pretty well gone."
"I have [Callie] who supports me and understands my business in a way that nobody else does. It’s like I’m paying for a friend! ... She’s hard when she needs to be and gentle and open when she needs to be. But she is consistently there."

Leah came to Callie overwhelmed with her business and choosing other people's happiness over her own. She would make herself uncomfortable in order to avoid making other uncomfortable - even if those people were negatively impacting her business.
Even just on her initial call to learn about working with Callie, Leah felt educated, heard, and like she had already gotten value. She had done self-work before but never to the extent of working with Callie. They worked on understanding Leah's true needs, knowing herself better, and learning her values so she could move through life prioritizing herself instead of others.
After just three months of working with Callie, Leah had the confidence and co-created a plan to let the problem individual go and she felt immediate relief, but most importantly proud of herself for doing something she had previously felt she couldn't possibly do.
She now has the space and freedom to see her business without that individual eating up her attention. She's cut her client list down to make room for more ideal clients, streamlined her work, delegates more, and taking a month off to travel actually feels possible instead of like a distant dream.
On top of everything, Leah says her anxiety is "pretty well gone."
She continues to work with Callie to further improve her patterns and her work/life balance.
Kim stopped shaping herself around her clients and doubled her prices
Kim, an events business owner, was struggling to say no after years of burning herself out for an employer who then laid her off. By rewiring how she saw herself, we helped her stop being the person who does all the work and start running her business like the boss. Now she charges double her old minimum and business is so good she now turns away more than she takes.
-
Where we started
Contorting to fit whatever the client wanted
Kim came to Callie after years of not sleeping and barely eating to "make someone else a million dollars," only to be laid off by the person she gave such loyalty to. She wanted her own business, but she kept asking herself what made her think she was as good as anyone else. She was saying yes to every project and bent herself around whatever each client wanted, even when the work drained her and the fit was wrong. She knew there was something holding her back, but didn't know what it was.
-
Our work
Rewiring who she thought she had to be
Kim had never worked with a coach before. She knew she didn't need someone to teach her how to run a business. She needed help actually being the boss of one. There was no set curriculum. Each call started with whatever was actually in her way that week, and they dug into why it was there. The shift that changed everything was letting go of being the person who does all the work and becoming the leader who makes things happen.

Doubling project minimums & hand-selecting clients
After working with Callie, Kim stopped saying yes just to be seen. Her smallest project rate went from $10,000 to $20,000, and for two years running she has turned away more business than she has accepted.
She even walked away from roughly $50,000 in commission because she didn't trust the person offering it. As she puts it, "my relationships are my currency, so they're not for sale." She hired the employee she once swore she would never have, gets paid to speak on stage without two days of preparation and nerves beforehand, and if she needs to take her kid to the doctor at ten in the morning, she simply does it.
On top of everything, Kim says she is "a lot calmer."
"I didn’t know what my initial struggle was. And I find if not every call, every second call, there's an epiphany of me."

Kim had been successful inside other people's businesses, but she had never owned one. "I knew I had hangups, but I didn't know what they were." With a single $30,000 contract in hand, she hired Callie and quit her job.
Clients kept asking Kim's team for funding proposals, and Kim kept turning them down. She didn't enjoy writing them and didn't want to be the person doing that kind of task anymore, even though the money was good and she was good at it. Callie pushed: your clients are asking you for this, you're good at it, so why are you saying no to the money? What came out of that call was that it had nothing to do with the task. It was an old version of Kim that she was trying to leave behind. "I don't need to be the one to write it to take the business."
That is the pattern across the whole three years: more revenue, less hustle, and from the clients she actually wants. It is also why she can turn down a $50,000 commission from someone she doesn't trust. In Callie's words, which Kim repeats often: "There is no amount of money that's worth selling your integrity."
